Swimming Pools

I have been looking into swimming pools. Not because I know much about it — I do not. But that is usually the best place to start.

I read through a bunch of notes, found some things worth passing along, plus a few product recommendations, and figured I would share what stood out.

Here is what I found.

Things to Know

• → Bigger isn’t always better for pool heaters.
• → Winterizing a salt pool isn’t much different—just don’t forget the cell.
• → Don’t drain your above-ground pool all the way
• → Cartridge filters are better for small pools.
• → Algae in a saltwater pool is usually a chlorine problem.
