30 minutes is plenty for the Three Sisters

30 minutes, tops.

The Three Sisters are tiny—three little islands connected by pedestrian bridges. You walk across each one in a few minutes, snap some photos of the rapids, and you’re done. They’re more of a quick scenic stop than a destination.

If you’re walking from the main parking area, add 10-15 minutes each way across Goat Island to reach the first bridge. But if you’re skipping Goat Island entirely (why would you? it’s free and has better views), just budget half an hour to stroll the Three Sisters loop.

Honestly, you’ll spend more time getting there than on the islands themselves. That’s fine—they’re a nice side trip, not a full afternoon.
