32GB for CS:GO, League, and Valorant? Not worth it.

No. Stick with 16GB.

Those games were designed to run on hardware from ten years ago. 16GB is already overkill for them—you could probably get away with 8GB. The only reason to go to 32GB is if you’re also running a bunch of Chrome tabs, Discord, OBS, and a VM in the background while playing. But even then, 16GB handles that fine for these lightweight titles.

Save your money. Upgrade something that actually matters for those games, like a better CPU or a 144Hz monitor. 32GB is for heavy video editing or modern AAA titles that leak memory like a sieve.

This is not where your gaming budget goes.
