If you’re running so many addons that your system starts paging to disk mid-flight, that’s a stuttering problem, not a loading screen problem. 64GB can fix stuttering in dense scenery with heavy ortho and traffic mods, but it won’t shave seconds off the initial load bar.

Save the money for a better SSD or a CPU upgrade if loading times bother you.
