64GB is not enough for Cyberpunk 2077 on a RAM disk.

No. Cyberpunk 2077’s install size hovers around 70–80GB with the high-res texture pack, and that’s before any updates or DLC. A 64GB RAM disk leaves you short by at least 10–20GB.

RAM disks are fantastic for speeding up load times, but they need to fit the entire game directory. You can’t split it—the game expects everything in one place. If you’re considering this, you either need 128GB of RAM (not cheap) or accept that 64GB won’t cut it for modern AAA titles.

For smaller games, sure. For Cyberpunk? Nope.

You’re better off using a fast NVMe SSD and saving the RAM for something that actually fits.
