The best way to handle pet supplies in a small apartment is to put everything that doesn’t need to be permanent into a single caddy, and hang the rest on the wall.

A caddy works great for food, treats, bowls, and meds. Grab one with a handle and keep it in a cabinet or corner. When it’s time to feed, you pull the whole thing out. No hunting for a scoop, no half-opened bags rolling around. If you have multiple pets, just get separate caddies or use dividers.

Wall hooks are for the stuff you use daily: leashes, collars, harnesses, poop bags. Install a small strip of hooks near the door—command hooks if you can’t drill. Now you never drop the leash in the mud or dig through a drawer. If you have room, add a hook for a toy or two. It keeps the floor clear and makes them look intentional rather than chaotic.

One trick: hang the kibble bag with a clip on a hook inside a cabinet if floor space is tight. But the caddy-hook system is really the core. It’s cheap, reversible, and takes maybe ten minutes to set up.
