A cover-up and sunglasses. That's it.
Probably just a cover-up and sunglasses.
Beach wedding guests aren’t swimming during the ceremony. You’ll have your swimsuit on underneath, but you need something to throw over it when you’re not in the water. A nice cover-up — think a light dress, a kaftan, or a linen shirt — keeps you from looking like you just walked off the towel.
Sunglasses are non-negotiable. The sun reflects off sand and water, and you’ll be squinting through vows otherwise. A good pair saves the day.
Hat? Nice to have, not essential. Flip-flops? Probably, but only if the sand is hot. Sunscreen isn’t an accessory — it’s a requirement, but don’t count it as an “accessory.”
