Adjustable lunch boxes exist, but don't expect magic.

Yes, there are lunch boxes with removable dividers, but most of them only let you pick from a few preset positions.

Fully customizable compartment sizes are rare. Most bento boxes use fixed walls because they keep food from leaking into the next section. What you’ll actually find is stuff like the PlanetBox, where a couple of slide-in dividers sit on tracks and can be shifted to make the main section bigger or smaller. Or Bentology, which skips dividers altogether and gives you a bunch of tiny containers you arrange inside one large empty box. That’s honestly more flexible, but it’s not a single box with a movable wall.

There are also simpler options like some Sistema lunch boxes with one slideable divider, but those just split the box into two parts, not full custom compartments.

If you want to keep sauces away from sandwiches, fixed compartments are still the safer choice. Adjustable dividers are more of a “generally organize stuff” solution than a leak-proof one.
