Assume it's banned until you check.

If it’s a national park in the US, drones are flat-out banned — no exceptions. State parks vary, but most ban them too or require permits you probably won’t get. City parks sometimes allow drones in designated zones, but that’s rare.

The rule of thumb: unless you find a clear “drones allowed here” sign or website page, don’t fly. Rangers will confiscate your drone and fine you, and they have zero sense of humor about it.
