Bentgo and Sistema are the salad lunch box standouts

If you want a lunch box with a dedicated dressing container, the Bentgo Salad Container and the Sistema To Go Salad Pot are the two to look at.

Bentgo makes a tall salad container with a 2-ounce dressing cup that snaps into the lid. That means the dressing stays separate without stealing space from the actual salad. It’s leak-resistant enough for most commutes, too.

Sistema’s version has a similar idea: a small pot that fits in the lid, with room below for greens, toppings, and even a separate fork. It’s a bit more compact and dirt-cheap by comparison.

There are other bento-style boxes that casually come with a sauce cup you can wedge in, but these two are actually designed for it. If that’s your thing, don’t overthink it.
