Bentgo Classic is the lunch box that has it all
Yes, lunch boxes with built-in utensils and a condiment holder exist, and the Bentgo Classic is the best one I’ve tried.
The lid has a fork and spoon clipped in, plus a small leakproof sauce container. So you pack one box, not a box plus a utensil roll plus a separate dressing cup. The tray has five compartments — enough structure to keep your food separate without being annoying to fill. It’s also microwave and dishwasher safe, which is more than you can say for a lot of bento boxes.
The main alternative is the Monbento MB Original. It has the fork and spoon built into the lid, but no condiment compartment — you’d have to buy their separate sauce jars. And a lot of the other all-in-one options, like the Yumbox, are really aimed at kids and skip the utensils entirely.
If you want one thing that does everything, Bentgo Classic is the answer. It’s not the most beautiful box on the shelf, but it’s the most practical.
Future you won’t be digging through the office cutlery drawer at 12:30.
