Bring your own dry bag.

Probably not, and even if they do, theirs will be overpriced or flimsy. Most places that sell or rent waterproof pouches are making a profit off your forgetfulness. A decent dry bag costs $15–30 and will keep your phone, wallet, and keys safe for years.

The only exception is if you’re doing something like a commercial whitewater rafting trip where they provide sturdy dry boxes. But for a water park, beach day, or boat tour? Assume you’re on your own. The “waterproof” phone pouches they sell at the counter are often one-time-use or barely tested.

Buy a proper roll-top dry bag in a size that fits your needs. It’s not where you save a few bucks.
