Can you freeze cooked tuna?

I wouldn’t.

The texture gets mealy and dry after thawing. Tuna is expensive, and freezing it turns the leftovers into something you will not want to eat. If you cooked too much, make tuna salad and eat it tomorrow instead.

Freezing raw tuna is fine. Cooked is a gamble you usually lose.
