DDR5 alone won't fix your frame rates.

Probably not enough to justify the cost. The 5600X is still a great gaming CPU. Swapping to a Ryzen 7600 with DDR5 gives maybe a 10–15% boost in CPU-limited scenarios, but in most AAA games you’re GPU-bound anyway. That means the same GPU will push roughly the same frames.

You’re looking at a new motherboard ($150–$200), new RAM ($100–$150), and a new CPU ($200ish). That’s $500+ for a 10% uplift you might not even notice in practice. The only time this makes sense is if you’re chasing very high refresh rates (like 240 Hz) in competitive shooters where CPU matters more.

Otherwise, drop that cash on a better GPU or just be happy with what you have. The 5600X isn’t holding you back yet.
