Eufy Clean G40: solid on hardwood and carpet, but thick rugs are a no-go

The G40 handles pet hair and debris on hardwood and regular carpet reasonably well, but thick rugs and high-pile carpet stop it cold. Good for homes with mostly hard floors and some low-pile rugs — not for anyone with shag or plush carpet.
