8,000 Pa suction can't save it on thick carpets — the brush roll isn't aggressive enough

The X10 Pro Omni has 8,000 Pa of suction, which sounds like a lot — and it is on hard floors. But the rubber brush roll doesn’t dig aggressively enough into medium-pile or shag carpets, so thick rugs end up under-cleaned. High suction doesn’t help much if the agitator can’t reach the dirt.
