Don't let your sunscreen bake in the car.

Keep it in a cooler or shade, not in direct sun or a hot car.

Most sunscreens start losing effectiveness above 80–90°F. A closed car in summer hits 120°F+ in minutes. That’ll mess with the chemical filters, making the bottle less effective even before you apply. Physical (mineral) sunscreens hold up better, but still degrade eventually.
