No. If you blend them, you’re diluting the SPF and probably won’t apply enough to get the labeled protection.

Think about it: sunscreen is tested at a specific thickness. Mixing it with anything means you’re spreading that same amount of sunscreen over more surface area or less concentration. Either way, you’re not getting SPF 30 anymore. You’re getting maybe SPF 15, and that’s if you’re lucky and apply enough of the mixture (which you probably won’t).

Same logic applies to foundation. Skip the DIY combo. Layer instead: sunscreen first, let it dry, then foundation on top. Or buy a moisturizer with SPF built in if you must combine steps — but even then, most people don’t apply enough for full protection.

You’re better off with a dedicated sunscreen. Future-skin-you will thank you.
