Don't try to upgrade soldered RAM.

Technically yes, but you almost certainly shouldn’t.

It’s not like swapping a stick in a desktop. You need a hot air rework station, solder paste, stencil, and steady hands. One slip and you’ve cooked the motherboard. Even if you succeed, the new chip might not work without BIOS modifications, and the system could be unstable.

Plus you void the warranty and likely end up with a brick. The cost of the equipment and risk isn’t worth it for most people.

Buy the RAM configuration you need upfront. Future you will thank present you.
