Yes, but with a catch. You can physically install ECC RAM in a Dell Precision T3610 and it will boot. The Xeon E5-2600 v2 processors support ECC. The motherboard can handle it. But the BIOS may not actually activate error correction.

Dell’s consumer/workstation firmware often treats ECC DIMMs as standard memory. You won’t get the memory protection you’re probably after—just registered memory that runs at non-ECC timings.
