It’s the last track on The Dark Side of the Moon.

The spoken line you’re thinking of comes at the end of “Eclipse.” The voice is that of Peter Watts, the band’s roadie and doorman, who delivered that line during the album’s sessions. The full quote is actually: “There is no dark side of the moon, really. Matter of fact, it’s all dark.” The album’s closing heartbeat fades out right after.
