You can't walk across the border — you need the Rainbow Bridge

You can’t just stroll from your hotel on one side to a hotel on the other — you have to cross via the Rainbow Bridge or Whirlpool Bridge, and you’ll need your passport to do it. It’s walkable, but it’s not a short walk between opposite-side properties.
