For paleo or keto lunches, bento boxes beat big containers

For a paleo or keto lunch that needs lots of small portions, get a bento-style box with separate compartments — not one big open container.

The whole point is portion control and keeping things from touching. Keto/paleo meals are usually a bunch of small stuff: eggs, meat, avocado, nuts, olives, greens. Dump that in one Tupperware and you get a sad, soggy pile. A divided bento box keeps everything grab-and-go.

I’d look at stainless steel bento boxes like LunchBots or PlanetBox. They last forever, don’t stain, and there’s no plastic. If you want to reheat your food, go with a glass divided container instead — steel doesn’t go in the microwave great.

If you already have regular containers, don’t buy a whole new setup. Just add silicone muffin cups or small glass prep bowls inside to fake the compartments. It works fine.

Your lunch shouldn’t require a separate Tupperware village.
