Free water refill stations at Niagara Falls are real and decently placed.

Yes, they’re real, and the park does a good job keeping them available. You’ll find them near the main visitor centers, restroom buildings, and along the popular walking paths—especially on the American side and around the Canadian side’s Table Rock area.

They’re not literally everywhere every 50 feet, but they’re common enough that you won’t walk far without spotting one. They’re the typical bottle-filling stations with a counter showing how many plastic bottles you’ve saved. Bring your own bottle and you’re set.

One heads-up: during peak summer crowds, some stations might be busy, but they’re usually not overwhelmed. I’ve never seen one out of order, though that could happen.

Beat paying $4 for a Dasani and you get cold, filtered water. Worth it.
