Get a bento box
A bento box with fixed compartments is what you want.
The whole point is that the container does the portioning for you. You fill each section once — protein in the big one, veggies in a small one, carbs in the other — and that’s your meal. No scale, no measuring cups, no drawer full of tiny Tupperware lids that don’t match anything.
Two worth looking at: Bentgo Classic if you want microwave-safe plastic for leftovers, and LunchBots stainless if you’d rather keep plastic away from your food. Both are a single piece and dishwasher-safe. The Bentgo’s sections are sized better for an adult meal; the LunchBots runs a touch small if you eat a lot.
One honest warning: bento boxes are not leakproof between sections. Saucy things stay in their section, or you use a small silicone cup. That’s one extra thing to own, not five.
This is the rare kitchen purchase that actually changes your behavior. You’ll stop guessing what “one serving” looks like.
