Get a glass container with locking clips, not just any glass.

For carrying yogurt or dressing without a mess, you want a glass container with locking clips and a silicone seal. Glasslock is the easiest recommendation out there.

A lot of “glass lunch boxes” are just glass dishes with a snap-on plastic lid. Those are fine for dry leftovers, but they’re not leakproof. The moment you tilt the container, dressing finds the crack. Glasslock fixes that with four lock-down clips and a food-grade silicone gasket inside the lid. It seals tight enough that you can flip it upside down without leaking.

Snapware Total Solution is the other solid option—same locking clip idea, clear glass, usually a bit cheaper. Honestly, any container with four clips and a removable rubber gasket will do. Just make sure the gasket comes out so you can wash it. Juice residue gets funky fast.

If you’re packing dressing specifically, don’t carry it in one giant container. Get a set that includes a small cup size, or use a little jar. And don’t trust a plain push-on Pyrex-style lid for wet food. That’s not what it’s for.

Glass is heavy, but it won’t stain, hold smells, or leak all over your work bag. That’s a fair trade.
