Get a rolling cart for your apartment tools

You don’t have a workshop, so you need mobility. A rolling cart (think a mechanics cart or a three-tier utility cart from any hardware store) lets you move everything to where you’re working—kitchen table, balcony, living room floor. Then roll it back into a closet or under a desk. That one trick solves the “tools spread everywhere” problem instantly.

Start by pulling everything out. Group by task: hanging stuff (hammers, nails, screwdrivers), measuring/cutting (tape, level, saw), fastening (drill, bits, screws), and repair (pliers, wrenches, tape). Ditch any duplicates.
