Get a Rotomolded Cooler, Not a Lunch Box

The best lunch box for a construction worker or plumber is a small rotomolded cooler like the RTIC 12 or Yeti Roadie 24 — not anything with fabric, zippers, or a “lunch bag” label.

Fabric lunch bags die on a job site. They get soaked, covered in drywall dust, stained by coolant, and you can’t really clean them. It’ll take a drop off a scaffold, survive being thrown in a truck bed, and double as a seat or a step when you need one.
