Get a stacked tiffin, not a lunch box

Get a stacked tiffin, not a lunch box.

If you’re carrying breakfast, lunch, and snacks, the answer is a stacked stainless tiffin with a carry bag — not a regular lunch box.

Regular lunch boxes are designed for one meal. A sandwich and a yogurt, done. A full day of meals means three or four containers, and that’s where a tiffin wins. The tiers stack into one clean unit, stainless steel holds heat, and the whole thing fits in a shoulder strap you can carry one-handed while holding your coffee.

The catch: tiffins are for hot food. If your day is grain bowls, salads, and cold stuff, skip it and get a big insulated tote (cooler-bag size) with 3–4 glass meal-prep containers. That combo is more flexible and keeps things cold with an ice pack.

There’s also the electric lunch box (HotLogic and similar) for desk jobs with an outlet. It reheats food properly, but it’s heavy and needs power — not the best daily carry.

Either way, buy for the whole day, not for lunch.
