The classic five-compartment Bentgo Adults is the right answer for most people, and it’s about $30.

It does exactly what you’re asking for: the tray has a little dip cup built into the corner for sauce or dressing, and the fork and spoon snap into a dedicated holder on the inside of the lid. Nothing rattles around, nothing comes in a separate bag. It’s top-rack dishwasher safe, it’s cheap, and it’s the design everyone else is copying.

The honest caveats: it’s not truly leakproof, so thin dressings will sneak into neighboring compartments if you tip it over. The compartments are also moderate, not huge — fine for a normal lunch, tight if you’re a big eater. And the latch is the weak spot if you drop it on concrete. None of that is a reason to skip it.
