Get the Bentgo Modern for built-in utensils

The Bentgo Modern is the best lunch box with a built-in utensil compartment for most people.

The fork and spoon snap into the lid, so they don’t rattle around, don’t get lost, and are technically not a separate thing to remember. The box itself is a solid adult-size bento with three compartments, leak-proof seals, and is microwave-safe (lid off). It holds enough for a normal lunch without feeling like a kid’s tray.

If you’re buying for a child, the Bentgo Kids works the same way with more compartments and a cuter look. A cheaper alternative is the Sistema Bento To Go, but the plastic feels flimsier and the lid hinge is the weak point. The Bentgo is worth the few extra bucks.
