Get the Glasslock three-compartment box

If you want a glass lunch box for the office, get the Glasslock three-compartment. It’s the best balance of durability, leak resistance, and actual meal separation.

The lids click on tight enough to toss it in a bag without a plastic bag wrapper, and the thick glass handles microwave reheating without stressing about hot spots. The three sections are deep enough for a real meal, not just a snack-sized portion. It also cleans up way better than any plastic container — no tomato stains, no lingering smell.

Pyrex is the fallback, but those blue plastic lids tend to warp in the dishwasher, and the old-style rectangular boxes don’t keep your food separated unless you also buy little silicone cups. Glasslock has the edge if you’re packing a protein, a side, and something saucy that you don’t want touching.
