Get the PackIt for long shifts

If you need food to stay cold for a full work shift, the PackIt freezable lunch bag is the answer.

Regular insulated lunch bags rely on one ice pack sitting at the bottom. That means the food on top warms up by hour four, and the food at the bottom is freezing by hour two. The PackIt is different — the entire shell is a gel pack. Freeze the whole bag overnight and cold is contacting your food from every side, not just the bottom. It holds below 40°F for a solid 8+ hours, which is the actual food-safety threshold.

Worth knowing: it takes up real freezer space, and it’s heavy when loaded.
