Get the Roborock Q5.

The Roborock Q5, under $300, is the best bang for your buck. It has LiDAR mapping (so it navigates smartly, not bumping around randomly), strong suction, and decent app control. It doesn’t mop, but if you just want a vacuum that works, this is it.

If you need mopping, the Dreame D9 or Roborock Q5 Max (often around $280-300 on sale) are better. But the Q5 is the most reliable choice for straight vacuuming. I
