For a tiny bathroom with no medicine cabinet, the answer is a combination of vertical shelving, a lidded basket, and a hanging caddy.

You don’t need built-ins. Use the space above the toilet or beside the sink. A slim over-toilet shelf (metal or wood, nothing fancy) gives you a flat surface for a nice-looking lidded basket. That basket becomes your medicine cabinet—toss everything in there: pain relievers, toothpaste, backup deodorant. One basket, everything hidden.

For daily stuff you need at arm’s reach, get an adhesive toothbrush holder or a magnetic strip for tweezers and nail clippers. Or a small caddy that hangs over the showerhead for shampoo and soap. No counter clutter. No open shelving with 12 bottles staring at you.

Key rule: stop buying cute organizers you’ll have to dust. One basket, one wall-mounted holder, one caddy. Anything that doesn’t fit needs to be edited out.
