Goat Island and the other islands are U.S. side only.

You can only reach them from the American side of Niagara Falls. There’s no bridge or ferry from Canada.

Goat Island sits between the American and Bridal Veil Falls. Luna Island is between Bridal Veil and the Horseshoe Falls. Both are part of the New York state park system. You walk there from the U.S. mainland.

The Canadian side has no equivalent islands. You can walk along the edge and get great views of everything, but the islands themselves are U.S. territory. If you’re coming from Canada, you’ll need to cross the border (bring your passport).
