Greek yogurt beats avocado for creamy tuna salad.
Greek yogurt. Avocado looks good in the moment but oxidizes and turns brown within hours. Full-fat Greek yogurt stays creamy and doesn’t break down.
Avocado works fine if you’re eating it right away. The creaminess is real, but it turns into green mush fast. Yogurt keeps its texture in the fridge overnight. Also adds protein without the extra fat.
You can use half yogurt, half mashed avocado if you want both. Or try hummus for a different flavor. But for “stays creamy” – that’s yogurt.
If you’re meal-prepping, avocado is not your friend.
