Hold the power button for 3 seconds.

Yes, that’s it. After you clean the filter, press and hold the Power button on the robot for about 3 seconds until the filter indicator stops blinking (or turns off). Done.

If that doesn’t work, try the Reset button (the one with the triangle) instead – same hold time. Some firmware versions need it. And if you’re still stuck, the Dreame app has a “Filter Reset” option buried in settings, but that’s the longer route.

Important: The robot won’t reset the counter automatically just because you cleaned it. You have to do this every time, or it’ll keep yelling at you to change the filter. Annoying, but you get used to it.

Don’t forget to dry the filter completely before putting it back. Wet filter = moldy smell.
