It's a gamble, and you'll probably lose.
Probably not reliably. Most B450 boards struggle to run four dual-rank DIMMs at 3600MHz.
Four sticks of 16GB are almost certainly dual-rank (most 16GB sticks are). Ryzen’s memory controller on B450 is decent with two sticks, but add another two and you’re asking for stability issues. 3600MHz is already pushing it for a daisy-chain topology board (which most B450s are). You’ll likely end up dropping to 3200MHz or even 3000MHz to get it stable, or you’ll face random crashes and boot loops.
If you really need 64GB, consider 2×32GB instead. That’s two dual-rank sticks—easier on the memory controller, and you can actually hit 3600MHz without fighting the board. If you already own the 4×16GB kit, try it, but expect to tune voltages and timings. And don’t be surprised if XMP just doesn’t work.
Future You will thank you for going 2×32GB.
