It's Emily Young.
The woman whose face appears on the cover of Pink Floyd’s The Division Bell is sculptor Emily Young. The two metal busts are portraits of real people — the male face is of a man named Keith, and the female face is of Emily. Storm Thorgerson (the designer) used them to create that famous illusion of a third face in the negative space between them.
Emily Young is a well-known stone sculptor. You can find photos of her; she looks like the bust. So when people ask “who’s the woman on The Division Bell?” — that’s her.
Worth knowing if you’re a Floyd nerd or just appreciate good album art.
