Robot vacs that also mop drag a wet pad across the floor. If the pad is too wet, too dirty, or just the wrong material, it leaves streaks. Think about it: you wouldn’t mop with a dirty rag – same principle.
Check two things: the pad itself and the water. A grimy pad just spreads grime. If you’re using the included cleaning solution or water with residues (tap water in hard water areas), that dries as a film. Also, some pads are too dry and just push dirt around. Swap to a fresh microfiber pad and use distilled water or a hardwood-safe cleaner. See if it improves.
The fix is usually simpler than you think – clean the pad, change the water, and make sure the mopping module isn’t on max wetness for wood floors.
