Keto lunch boxes are easier than you think.
You can absolutely pack a keto lunch box — it’s mostly meat, cheese, veggies, and nuts, which are all super portable.
The trick is just swapping the usual sandwich stuff for low-carb versions. Think deli meat and cheese roll-ups, hard-boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, olives, and almonds. If you want something closer to a meal, put taco meat in a container and bring lettuce cups or cheese crisps on the side.
The only real trap is hidden carbs. Skip the grapes, granola bars, and any “healthy” snack that’s secretly full of sugar. Check labels on stuff like yogurt and salad dressings — you’re looking for under 5g net carbs per serving.
If they’re doing keto, they’ll eat it. The main thing is just avoiding bread, rice, and sugary stuff. Everything else is fair game.
