Keto lunch boxes are just adult snack plates
Pack a keto lunch like a snack board: protein, fat, and a low-carb veggie, and don’t overthink it.
The whole keto lunch problem goes away once you stop trying to replicate sandwiches and wraps. You don’t need bread or a tortilla. You just need stuff you’d find on a charcuterie board. Hard-boiled eggs, cheese cubes, salami or leftover chicken, olives, nuts, and some cucumber or bell pepper slices. Throw it in a container and you’re done.
If you want it to feel more like a meal, use a bento-style box with sections. That gives you lunch without the sad Tupperware soup situation. Some people like lettuce wraps or a handful of cherry tomatoes, but keep the portions honest. The fat takes care of the hunger. Most store-bought “keto” snacks are expensive and unnecessary, so stick to real food.
You can also just pack last night’s dinner. That’s the most keto-friendly move there is. No extra effort, no weird substitutes.
Your coworkers will be jealous of your cheese selection.
