Left-handed ergonomic mousepads exist but are rare.
Probably not worth hunting for. Most “ergonomic” mousepads with a molded wrist rest are actually designed for right-handed users, and the ones that claim to be reversible are usually just flat gel pads without contouring.
The problem: the contoured gel or foam rests that support your wrist in a neutral position are shaped with a specific angle for the right hand. Lefties often end up with the rest pushing into the wrong part of their palm or wrist. A few companies (like 3M or some Etsy makers) make dedicated left-hand versions, but they’re niche and often overpriced.
Your better bet is a plain flat mousepad with a separate gel wrist rest that you can position however you want. Or just ditch the pad entirely and get a vertical mouse that keeps your wrist straight—that’s the real ergonomic fix for lefties.
