Following the surprise success of The Trinity Session, Cowboy Junkies released a steady stream of albums through the 1990s and 2000s, including The Caution Horses (1990), Black Eyed Man (1992), and Pale Sun, Crescent Moon (1993). While none matched the commercial impact of their breakthrough, they maintained a devoted following and continued to record on their own Latent Recordings label.
