Satoshi Ashikawa's record store was a hub for Japan's kankyō ongaku scene

A musician, composer, producer, and record store owner, Ashikawa ran one of the first shops in Japan to import Brian Eno’s Ambient records. It became a hub for the kankyō ongaku (environmental music) movement.
