Who produced Paranoid and what studio techniques were used?

Rodger Bain produced Paranoid at Regent Sound (a 4-track studio) and Island Studios in London. Engineer Tom Allom, who engineered the sessions, recalled that the backing tracks were recorded at the same studio as the first album. The raw, stripped-down recording captured the band’s live energy with minimal overdubs, contributing to the album’s powerful, visceral sound.
