Elizabeth Fraser's vocals made 'Teardrop' the standout on Mezzanine.

The album featured several guest vocalists, most notably Elizabeth Fraser of Cocteau Twins, who sang on the iconic single “Teardrop.” Horace Andy, a reggae singer who had appeared on the group’s earlier albums, also returned, and Del Naja and Marshall provided vocals on several tracks as well.
