Measure the inside, not the label.

Don’t chase “standard” sizes—grab a ruler and find a box whose interior is bigger than the widest point of the thing you want to put in it.

Most silicone muffin cups are about 7 cm across at the top, 5 cm at the base, and 4-5 cm tall. A normal bento box (roughly 20 x 13 x 5 cm inside) fits those fine. But the important number is the inside depth: if the box is only 4 cm tall, the lid won’t close over a 5 cm cup unless it has a domed lid.

Also check the floor space with any dividers in place. A cup might fit the overall width but not the actual compartment. And if you plan to stack cups or add a fork/ice pack, subtract that height too.

“Fits standard bento accessories” on a listing doesn’t mean much; it’s a marketing phrase. Your ruler is the only thing that speaks the truth.
