Round robot vacuums can't reach corners -- D-shape designs can

Round robot vacuums leave a small gap along walls and in corners because physics just won’t let a circle reach into a 90-degree angle. A side brush helps, but square-front or D-shaped robots push the main brush closer to the edge and do a noticeably better job.
